Jina’s birthday card

I made this card for my friend, Jina.  Can you tell that she loves shoes?  Well who doesn’t?  I used a little Crystal Effects mixed with Dazzling Diamonds Glitter for the extra glitz on the sandals.  I also made it into a staircase card.  Please see earlier post for instructions.
